All the ingredients in Renewed Balance are natural. Renewed Balance is effective, and easy to use. Renewed Balance comes in a 2 ounce jar and in a 1.6oz pump. Each 2 ounce jar contains 1120mg of natural progesterone in about 56 one eighth teaspoons of cream. Aproximately 20mg of progesterone per each slightly rounded 1/8th teaspoon. Each pump contains 1104mg of progesterone and each press of the pump provides cream containing about 6mg of progesterone. There are about 184 6mg servings per pump (compared to about 186 6mg servings via the 2oz jar.) 1 pump a day is typical for men. One Renewed Balance (jar or pump) will typically last 2-4 months depending on the amount of cream used per day. Some use more for the first 2-3 months.
